New Mexico Real Estate Market Holding Strong

AH FALL! In New Mexico it means the smell of Green Chile roasting and Red Chiles hanging to dry tied up in "Ristras". It is a perfect time to visit, with fairs and festivals and the upcoming International Balloon Fiesta! If you are thinking about relocating to a place that still has room to grow, big skies, beautiful sunsets, and great Real Estate values, come to New Mexico! I would be happy to show you around and you will be enchanted by the "Land of Enchantment".

Remodeling Your Exsisting Home

In todays hot real estate market, many people are chosing to remodel their exsisting home with an eye towards resale value. The best remodels, in terms of that resale value, are updates of kitchens and bathrooms. For luxury kitchen and bathrooms in New Mexico, see Golden Eagle Design at: http://golden-eagle-design.com

Corrales community

Corrales, NM has a minimum lot size of 1 Acre. Zoning is A1, allowing animals, and other agricultural activities. There are numerous trails throughout Corrales, including on the irrigation ditchbanks and through the Rio Grande river forested area (pictured here) known as the bosque. There is also a marked bike lane along one of our main north south roads. Corrales has a low-key commercial area featuring unique shops and restaurants as well as galleries.

Real Estate in New Mexico Still a Great Value

The Real Estate market in New Mexico (especially in the Rio Grande Valley) is still going strong. Climate here is mild, value is still high. I live in the Village of Corrales, right on the river. This is a great rural community with close access to malls and shopping as well as Intel. Contact me for information about local real estate, as well as community.
